    Crowd-tinder!

Why be alone with your dating app!?

De-Co-Date is a series of experimental events in which we decode the diverse shifting values and norms of our love, sex and friendship behavior in reflection to the societal development in the present, the past and the future. Each experiment will be a new approach of getting together for discourse, in comfort and sometimes in discomfort.

This time it's a match! A massive one, so to say, when we all get together and install Tinder. While running through the full scope of Tindering we are going to dissect and practice dating in conventional and unconventional ways. What does a successful profile look like? Can we profile each other and be each other's wingman? How do you swipe, talk and date? And how can we challenge the platform and explore it in different ways?

We will start the evening with a small theoretical presentation about online dating. For food on the side we'll order the Deliveroo guy (and then dismiss him for the Foodora one). You can visit the dickpickbooth or contribute to our human library. Couples or people in relationships are just as welcome as singles and cheaters.

So charge your phone and twirl your thumbs. Joes + Manon and Baltan Laboratories welcome you. Let’s (de-co)-date!

Participation is free, food delivery is at own expense. Questions? Ask leif[@]baltanlaboratories.org
