The Quarterly is a print publication exclusively focussed on the intersection of art, design, science and technology.

The first edition covers an extensive interview with Angelique Spaninks director of MU/STRP, an interview with Lindsay Howard as part of the upcoming symposium Collecting and Presenting Born-Digital Art and a report about the release of the book Post Digital Print by Alessandro Ludovico, and much more. The aim of the Baltan Quarterly is to reach a new (offline and local) audience and remix, reuse and distribute our extensive online documentation. Each project developed at Baltan uses our own methodology for documentation and critical reflection. This approach successfully highlights relevant issues and results for a wider public. Our online audience of professionals is often looking for more extensive documentation and resources, but for others who may not yet be familiar with our activities, the Quarterly offers an alternative to access our material.
