Exciting news for BlaBlaLab going into 2026! Over at BlaBlaLab, we are updating our subscription models to cultivate a more long-lasting community. With our new equipment, updated space, and increased capacity, we’ve decided to make the change to a quarterly subscription model with the intention of building trust and forming long-lasting working relationships with our community members.
Following the success of our Live Coding community, led by BlaBlaLab community member, Wilbert Vogel, we realized that the best way we can serve our audience and community is by cultivating similar relationships with new subscribers. Through a practice of radical trust and empathy, we hope to provide new opportunities for aspiring creatives by offering them the space, time, and equipment they need to fulfil their ideas. This just isn’t possible on a month-to-month subscription model, which no longer fits with our current offerings.
We invite you to see if our community is a good fit for you, with a discounted one-month trial and limited equipment access. After that, we ask you to take the step with us away from a fast-paced transactional relationship, into a more long-term collaboration. With a quarterly subscription, you will have unlimited access to equipment rentals, free attendance to all Baltan/BlaBla events, and access to the space 7-days a week.
What’s new with the space, equipment and rentals
So, what’s new in the makerspace? We’ve invested in a wide array of tech to build a unique set of resources that may otherwise be difficult to find in the city. At BlaBlaLab, you can make your dream project happen with state-of-the-art Podcast station, sound systems and mixing consoles, (video) cameras and camera lenses, 3D Scanner and much more. You can see an updated list of our current equipment here. At our space in the Natlab building, we offer two cozy offices with extra room to work. Our community table is a great space to workshop ideas or imagine collaborations with our interdisciplinary community. We’d love to share lunch with you! Our focus room offers a quieter experience, with sitting and standing desks, noise-cancelling headphones, and extra monitors.
Foundation of BlaBla
We imagine BlaBlaLab as a “dirty” space for tech-based creatives; a coworking space for designers, writers, engineers, tech enthusiasts, researchers, and anyone else searching for a community of like-minded individuals. With these changes, we hope to shift from being a makerspace, to a space for makers, a third place between work and home. We intend to be a platform for our community, and to help in facilitating their workshops, lectures, and exhibitions.

For the tryout month, we offer a subscription fee of 70 Euros (Student: 45 euro). After that, make the leap with us! A 3-month unlimited subscription is offered at 450 euro (Student: 290 euro). More details below.

Our community expands beyond individual members to existing institutions as well. In the spirit of building connections with other cultural institutions and organizations within Eindhoven, we also offer our space for outside events and rentals. Need an office for a day? Don’t want to worry about finding a space for an important meeting? Talk to us about borrowing ours! We’re happy to share. Interested in using a specific piece of equipment? Need the space for a day? Baltan Laboratories neemt niet op basis van geautomatiseerde verwerkingen besluiten over zaken die (aanzienlijke) gevolgen kunnen hebben voor personen. Het gaat hier om besluiten die worden genomen door computerprogramma's of -systemen, zonder dat daar een mens (bijvoorbeeld een medewerker van Baltan Laboratories) tussen zit.
Baltan Laboratories bewaart je persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor je gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren een bewaartermijn van maximaal 2 jaar voor persoonsgegevens en contactinformatie met als reden de garantie van continuïteit in de uitvoering van de programma's van Baltan Laboratories.
Baltan Laboratories verkoopt jouw gegevens niet aan derden en zal deze uitsluitend verstrekken indien dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van onze overeenkomst met jou of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting. Met bedrijven die jouw gegevens verwerken in onze opdracht, sluiten wij een bewerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van jouw gegevens. Baltan Laboratories blijft verantwoordelijk voor deze verwerkingen.
Baltan Laboratories gebruikt geen cookies of vergelijkbare technieken.
Je hebt het recht om je persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Daarnaast heb je het recht om je eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens door Baltan Laboratories en heb je het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Dat betekent dat je bij ons een verzoek kan indienen om de persoonsgegevens die wij van jou beschikken in een computerbestand naar jou of een ander, door jou genoemde organisatie, te sturen.
Je kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering, gegevensoverdraging van je persoonsgegevens of verzoek tot intrekking van je toestemming of bezwaar op de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens sturen naar info@baltanlaboratories.org.
Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door jou is gedaan, vragen wij jou een kopie van je identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie je pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van je privacy. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op jouw verzoek.
